The service provided by the team was fantastic. They took the car in for a service and MOT which turned up needing more work than anticipated but they still delivered the car on the same day, even having to procure special tyres for me. When a couple of months later one of the headlights stopped working, they took the call in on the day and fixed it on the spot at very good value. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Was in North Finchley visiting family and my battery died. Called all the local garages who wouldn’t/couldn’t help and came across Charmrace. By this point my phone was on 10% and I had no idea what to do. They managed to fix the issue on the spot without requiring me to leave the car for the whole day. They also liaised with my leasing company and informed them of previous repairs by another dealer. I have been using Charmrace for servicing and MOT for a few years and have always been very happy with their service. I recently needed to use them for vehicle repairs after a collision because the repairer nominated by the insurer was being extremely unhelpful. Charmrace took care of everything with the insurer and the repair to my car is great (it looks like new again). They even managed to fit in my service and MOT at short notice before returning my car to me. The service they provide is excellent.
