The car was returned purring and looking like it had come straight off a forecourt. Several minor niggles were smoothed out – without charge – and the servicing was everything we have come to expect from Charmrace. The experience is so different from the impersonal treatment and lack of interest shown by the main dealer. When we took the car on the road after Charmrace, it hummed along and there was a clear improvement in the running/braking etc. The team have been so good to us in the past, putting things right, on occasion without us paying a penny. I have been taking my car to Charmrace for some years for servicing, MoT and bodywork repairs and have always found it reliable and professional. Recently I purchased an approved used car from them and was very satisfied with the excellent support and service I received as well as good value for money.

I have been using a local garage/service station for the best part of the last ten years when they were located somewhat away from the locality. At the time they seemed more focused on the customer’s needs and the car’s requirements. but when they moved into the locality with bigger premises and became a lot busier, they seemed to lose the attention to the customer and more importantly the focus on the needs of the car. When I came to know about Charmrace service station recently and had my car serviced there, it became shockingly apparent that certain aspects of the service needs of the car were neglected without me (the customer) being aware or told about it.
I found Charmrace to be well organised and professional in the manner they deal with the customer and the work they do on the car with an itemised and explained report of the work carried out.
